We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
Items are sent via NZ POST.
Once items are posted, please keep an eye on your tracking information. We sadly have no control over couriers and given current uncertain times, orders may be delayed. Couriers are usually 1-2 days for New Zealand urban areas and slightly longer for rural.
Returns
Here at Twice Twice Baby we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at twice.twice.baby.nz@gmail.com.
Alternatively you can send a direct message via our Instagram Account. Please make sure to state your order number in your message.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we have made a mistake with your order. Return post must be signature required or tracked as we are not responsible for any lost items. Shipping is non-refundable, and any items exchanged will be charged another shipping fee.
Please contact us BEFORE returning your goods. If your items were eligible for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs off the return amount.
Faulty Goods
Please be aware that we are mostly offering preloved clothing. All items have undergone a thorough check before being put up on our website and the condition is clearly stated.
If an item is not in the stated condition or you have not received what you ordered (our fault) we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
